Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Jimmy Fairly. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role:

  • Maximise store targets and achieve commercial excellence through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of retail professionals in providing exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
  • Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Analyse commercial data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales and KPIs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work atmosphere, promoting employee development and recognition.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success in retail management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and retail market dynamics, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to adapt to new situations, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in the optical industry is highly desirable.
