Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Footasylum. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Ensure that all store operations are running efficiently, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
