Elior, a leading contract caterer, is seeking a skilled Project Operations Director to join our team. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and coordinate strategic projects across our contracts. As a Project Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food service and overall performance while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORTING SITE MANAGERS in the development of operational projects and issues.
  • DELIVERING FINANCIAL TARGETS through effective project management.
  • ENSURING COMPLIANCE with finance, HR, EMS, and health and safety guidelines at each project.
  • COORDINATING PROJECTS to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • ACTIONABLE RESPONSIBILITY for operations or mobilization where required.

Working Pattern: 40 Hours, Monday to Friday

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE in site management with a record of delivering exceptional food and service standards.
  • OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER AND CLIENT FOCUS.
  • MANAGING A TEAM EFFECTIVELY with proven experience and evidence.
  • ADAPTABLE MANAGEMENT STYLE with ability to get the best out of a team.
  • METHODICAL PLANNING AND EXECUTION SKILLS.
  • STRONG INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND PEOPLE SKILLS.
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH FINANCIAL ACUMEN.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF CURRENT TRENDS IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY.
