Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join our team at East Village. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your room, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Develop and implement engaging and stimulating activities to promote children's development and learning.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and achievements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the nursery.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 or above qualification in childcare.
