Head of Workforce Management Strategist

About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Workforce Management expert to lead our global operations teams. As Head of Workforce Management, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our workforce management processes to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic workforce management plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of workforce management specialists to optimize scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Workforce Management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of workforce management life cycle, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, able to analyze complex data sets and drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with BI tools, such as Looker, and advanced Excel/Spreadsheets skills.
