About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Brirnbeck re-enablement service in Nailsea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear direction, management, and supervision of our staff team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding requirements, great leadership skills, and proven experience in successfully running a service within the care sector. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and ensuring the service is fully compliant with health and safety management and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the service is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
  • Manage the service's finances, ensuring it operates within budget and makes a positive impact on the lives of people with a disability.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the service is well-integrated and effective.
