About the Role

This is a supply / temporary basis position, working in the East Riding of Yorkshire Area. You will provide individualized support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to pupils with SEN, assisting with lessons and activities
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the needs of individual pupils
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Possession of relevant qualifications or experience
