We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ward rounds and participate in care planning to ensure individualized support and care.
- Analyze behaviors and adapt care accordingly with colleagues to promote positive outcomes.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
Working Environment
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital. Our team is committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals to receive the care and support they need to achieve their goals.
