Job Title: Junior Buyer

Crew Clothing Head Office is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Buyer to join our team. As a Junior Buyer, you will play a key role in the commercialisation of our product range, driving profitable sales growth and ensuring that our collections meet the quality expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Buying in the development of our product range, ensuring that it meets all established targets and is aligned with our brand vision.
  • Manage the process of sourcing and procuring products, negotiating prices and executing production to meet quality and delivery expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet our quality and delivery standards.
  • Work closely with the Merchandisers to ensure that our signed-off range reflects the agreed options and product/colour mix.
  • Monitor product development and manufacturing to ensure that they meet brand requirements and are to specification.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Excel /Outlook/Word.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a work schedule whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with suppliers and other department members.
  • Team work but motivated and able to work independently.
Desirable:
  • Desire to learn Understanding of garment construction and production processes.
  • Passion for product and keen to learn.
  • Positive and solutions orientated.
  • Keen to progress within role and Crew business.
