At Stafforce Recruitment, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team in Maldon. The ideal candidate will be working 8:30AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday, with 20 days + Bank Holidays.

This exciting role is perfect for someone who enjoys handling container loadings of weekly sailings and working as part of an LCL operations team. You will be liaising with bookings, sales, and warehouse teams on a daily basis.

As an Export Trade Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Vessel bookings
  • Submitting hazardous materials to carriers and handling any queries
  • Creating load lists and sending them to the correct load depot
  • Assisting with cargo queries from warehouse and customers
  • Building vessel schedules within the system
  • Completing customs entries
  • Dealing with customs queries

The salary for this position is around £35,000 per annum, making it an excellent opportunity for career advancement.
