Clinical Negligence Case Manager

Fletchers Solicitors, a leading law firm in the North-West of the UK, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join its expanding Clinical Negligence Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial, always under supervision and adhering to current company policies and legal requirements.

You will work closely with lawyers and senior lawyers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintain client files in good order, meeting Lexcel and quality assurance standards.

  • Manage pre and post-issue procedures under supervision in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain client files in good order, meeting Lexcel and quality assurance standards.
  • Assist in collecting and collating medical records.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. Pursuing a career in this area of law, preferably with some experience.
  2. Graduate with a Law-related degree and/or professional qualification such as LPC or route to BAR or CILEX.
  3. Ability to take direction and supervision from a team leader.
  4. Demonstrated legal and forensic skills.
  5. Flexible and committed to achieving results and meeting deadlines.

  1. Competitive salary £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
