The successful candidate will have experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs, a strong understanding of individual needs associated with MLD, SLD, ASD, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development.

As a Teaching Assistant with Tradewind Recruitment, you will have access to over 2500 CPD courses offered by the National College, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices and enhance your skills as an educator.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification, CACHE Level 2, or equivalent
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
