Head of Creative Operations

At HeliosX Group, we're revolutionizing healthcare by making it faster and more accessible than ever before. As the Head of Creative Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the efficiency and impact of our in-house creative studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the creative team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, timelines are met, and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Internal Sign-Off & Governance: Manage the internal sign-off process with key stakeholders, ensuring all creative work meets the project owners' needs and falls within brand guidelines before release.
- Pastoral Care: Lead on goal setting, career development, and overall team wellbeing. Foster a supportive environment, prioritizing the personal and professional growth of direct reports.
- Performance Metrics: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the team's output. Reporting bi-weekly with Paid Social and monthly to the wider business.
- Agency & Freelance Support: Manage workflow with external agencies and freelancers, overseeing sourcing, contracts, budgets, onboarding, and off-boarding.
- Asset Release: Oversee the final handover of creative assets, ensuring smooth release of all creative assets to the relevant teams or external partners.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years experience as a Head of Creative Operations or similar role, either in an in-house creative studio or agency environment.
- Strong background in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets. Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse creative team while managing expectations and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understanding of creative processes, from ideation to final delivery, across various media.
- A strategic thinker who is always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency within a creative environment.
