Job Title: Inventory Team Leader

We are seeking a Retail Stock Taker Supervisor to join our team of RGIS Inventory Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing stock count events across the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage teams of up to 20 people
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals
  • Use initiative to solve problems and overcome challenges
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of stock counts
Key Requirements:
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights
  • Team player with enthusiasm and energy
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

This role comes with a competitive starting rate of £24-30 per hour (performance-based bonus), flexible working hours, and opportunities for career progression.

RGIS offers company transport, holiday pay, travel pay, mileage compensation payments, and a contributory pension.
