Job Title: Pharmaceutical Systems Specialist


About the Company: Our client is a leading provider of innovative solutions in water filtration and purification, dedicated to improving processes and reducing costs for laboratories globally.


Role Overview: As a Pharmaceutical Systems Specialist with our client, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing Pharmaceutical Water Treatment systems in laboratories and industrial sites across East Anglia. You will work closely with a range of products from Reverse Osmosis, Elgar Systems, and Water filtration systems.


Responsibilities:



  • Carry out installations, repairs, maintenance, and servicing of Pharmaceutical Water Treatment systems.
  • Work closely with clients to identify and resolve any issues related to their water treatment equipment.
  • Provide on-site corrective/preventive maintenance for customer's water treatment equipment, including equipment swap outs, emergency response.
  • Undergo full training in the portfolio of products with ongoing development opportunities.
  • Carry out commissioning work on standard equipment and provide after-sales technical and commercial support.
  • Complete relevant administration such as risk assessments and work reports.

Requirements:



  • Have previous experience as a Service Engineer or in a field-based technical support role.
  • Ideally have an NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or similar (or working towards this).
  • Ideally have experience within the water treatment industry but this is not essential.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Be passionate about providing a first-class service to our customers.
  • Have good organisational skills, attention to detail, be able to prioritise workload, and multitask.
