Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Static Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking maintenance works on electrical and mechanical systems, including PPMs and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake maintenance works on electrical and mechanical systems, including PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Work on lighting, fire alarms, LEDS, compliance, controls, HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, and valves
  • Join a team of experienced engineers and technicians to provide maintenance services to clients
  • Work on a variety of projects, including commercial gas and HVAC maintenance, electrical services, and building compliance

Requirements
  • Experience of working on electrical and mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical PPMs and remedials, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, HVAC, mechanical, and plantroom service and maintenance
  • Experience and knowledge of PPMs and site compliance
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
  • Honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with customers on site
