- Proven Experience in Selling Digital and Core Systems for the Banking Industry: Demonstrated experience in a sales role with a focus on identifying needs, tailoring messaging to business objectives, and driving sales.
- Banking Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working within UK banks and credit unions and selling to financial institutions.
- Start-Up Acumen: Ability to embrace the challenges and opportunities of a start-up environment.
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven capability in managing complex enterprise sales processes.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to sell consultatively by understanding customer needs, challenging their solutions, and creating effective closing strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple sales conversations.
- SaaS and Digital Transformation Knowledge: Good understanding of SaaS, digital transformation technologies, and delivery models in the financial services industry.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with pre-sales and other departments to ensure smooth process execution.
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with various sales tools and technologies.
- Sales Methodology Training: Trained in MEDDIC or other sales methodologies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills.
