About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor to join our dynamic team at Atlas Workplace Services in Milton Keynes.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, professional, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients
  • Liaise with internal customers and sub-contractors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • A people person with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or helpdesk is a plus, but not essential
  • A passion for helping people

About You

Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role

  • Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
  • Understanding of Help Desk operation
  • Customer Service skills
  • Keyboard skills
