Senior Paralegal Opportunity

A highly experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal is sought to lead a team of paralegals in a multi-national law firm. This permanent, full-time position is based in either the Birmingham or Manchester office, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of paralegals in the delivery of work to lawyers and external clients.
  • Supervise, train, and develop direct reports.
  • Focus on day-to-day formal line management, including absence, performance, conduct, and disciplinary issues.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pastoral management, working as a lead in a paralegal team. Commercial experience is also welcome, but must be in conjunction with Corporate/M&A work.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of solid and relevant experience at a well-known law firm(s).
  • Relevant experience is the key factor in this role, rather than excellent academics.
  • Candidates must live in or within commutable distance to Birmingham or Manchester.
