We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualification and valid CSCS/CSR card. As a Carpentry Specialist, you will undertake all elements of 1st and 2nd fix Joinery, ensuring high-quality work within a reasonable amount of time.

The salary for this position is approximately £28,620 per annum, plus van and fuel package. If you have experience working on Response Maintenance contracts, it would be an asset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high-quality service to tenants in domestic properties
  • Attending training courses, including health and safety
  • Ensuring compliance with materials/workmanship schedules and leaving areas clean and tidy
