Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team at our Farnborough location. As our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing first-rate engineering maintenance and support, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead engineering maintenance and support initiatives, driving continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
• Lead and motivate our engineering team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Relevant academic qualifications (mechanical, electrical, control skills) and training (MEWP/FLT/IPAF, Six Sigma/5S/Kasien, IOSH/NEBOSH).
• Excellent English communication and IT application skills.

Compensation Package:
The salary for this role is approximately £62,500 per annum, reflecting the excellent market rate for this position in the Farnborough area.
