Job Overview:

BRAINKIND is a UK-based charity providing services for individuals with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions. Our centres, residential homes, hospitals, and supported living services across the UK aim to support people throughout their journey.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain our gardens, clearing overgrown areas and developing sensory sections.
  2. Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, hedge cutting, raking, and deadheading.
  3. Plant flowers, plants, or vegetables to enhance the garden environment.
  4. Sweep paths and remove leaves to ensure a clean and tidy garden space.
  5. Work with our team to plan and develop our outdoor spaces.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Able to undertake physical activities related to gardening.
  2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Commitment to health and safety regulations.
  5. Familiarity with Brainkind's policies and procedures.
Salary Range: Estimated annual salary: £18,000 - £22,000.
