Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Facilities Manager at CV-Library. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Tasks:
  • Manage the facilities team, contractors, and site staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems.
  • Work with the facilities team to develop and implement budgets, monitor expenses, and raise purchase orders.
  • Support the facilities team with administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Contribute to health and safety initiatives on site by participating in audits, risk management, training, and development.
Essential Skills:
  • Health and safety compliance experience.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term plans and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control principles.
  • Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Experience with monitoring expenses and raising purchase orders.

Location: Loudwater, Buckinghamshire

Estimated Salary: £43,520 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week (£21 per hour PAYE)
