We are a leading provider of recycling services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team.

The role will involve servicing and maintaining recycling equipment on a reactive and scheduled basis. This will include working with customers to agree and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that equipment is functioning properly to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining recycling equipment in accordance with customer SLAs
  • Working with customers to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
  • Knowledge of recycling equipment and maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • A comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme and life insurance

Estimated Salary: £47,500 per annum. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
