About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Criminal Litigation Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide essential administrative support to our busy team, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a busy legal team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the coordination of court appearances, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary, or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of criminal litigation and legal aid is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional administrative skills, including audio typing abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
