Media Planning and Buying Executive

We are seeking a talented Media Planning and Buying Executive to join our team in London. As a key member of our media team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing media campaigns across a range of media channels, including TV, print, radio, and outdoor, as well as Audio Visuals and Podcasts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Optimising offline media campaigns using data and making recommendations
  • Planning and media admin tasks, including the use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS
  • Analysing client and media owner outputs
  • Regular contact with media owners
  • Highlighting invoice queries and raising them to the line manager
  • Spot matching and schedules
  • Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
  • Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns
  • Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
  • Checking insertions against media schedules and updating
  • Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
  • Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns

Requirements:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • A passion for the media industry – commercial media
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Analytical, good with numeracy, and enjoys working with data and Excel
  • Strong team player but should also work independently
  • Quick learner, who loves a challenge
