Job Summary:

We are seeking a Platemaking Expert to join our team at the Russell Taylor Group Ltd. The successful candidate will create high-quality plates for letterpress operation, manage print finishing processes, and coordinate print literature.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality plates for letterpress operation using Heidelberg printing presses
  • Manage print finishing processes, including folding, laminating, and gluing
  • Coordinate print literature and ensure implementation aligns with company policies and procedures
  • Leverage industry-standard software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for design and production

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing, experience with plate making, and knowledge of conventional and digital printing processes. A salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
