We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Oxted store and drive commercial growth.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing a high-performing team, and achieving commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment, with a track record of delivering commercial growth.
  2. Excellent leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  3. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
