We are seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Scunthorpe, supporting students in their academic journey and helping them achieve their full potential.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create tailored learning plans that cater to the specific needs of each student.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group interventions to help students grasp various subjects.
  • Teach and reinforce study skills, enabling students to manage their academic workload effectively.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a HLTA or in a similar educational role.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or tutoring are desirable.
