Transformative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Corporate Landlord function, driving strategic asset management, facilities services, and building services. As a senior leader, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, guiding the development of our Corporate Asset Management Strategy and ensuring alignment with the council's goals and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Corporate Landlord model, ensuring a unified approach to asset management, property maintenance, and facilities services.
  • Oversee the strategic management of Nottingham City Council's commercial and operational estate.
  • Guide the asset disposal programme, managing high-profile, complex disposals.
  • Ensure our property portfolio is compliant, efficient, and aligned with the council's vision.
  • Support the council's efforts in climate change, limiting carbon impact through your leadership.
