About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supporter Engagement Specialist to join our Community and Events Fundraising team at Vacancy Filler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ambitious supporter retention and stewardship programs to maximize income generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage and retain supporters, driving income growth and maximizing fundraising potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality supporter experiences, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of supporter data to identify trends and opportunities, informing program development and optimization.
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, leveraging various channels and tactics to reach and engage supporters.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporter engagement, retention, and stewardship, with a strong track record of driving income growth and maximizing fundraising potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and inform program development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles, practices, and best practices, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
