Assistant Team Lead Position

We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Team Manager to join our Children in Care team at Buckinghamshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that overall supervision, support, and practice of staff meet statutory requirements and provide a safe and effective service.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in social work, with a focus on managing staff and improving outcomes for children and young people. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a statutory environment, along with a valid HCPE/SWE registration, are essential requirements. Additionally, you will have completed your ASYE and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
What We Offer- A comprehensive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
