Security Professional

We seek a committed professional with a strong sense of safety and security to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to security protocols.
- Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions.
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible and reassuring presence.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
- Operate the weighbridge.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations.
- You must hold a valid SIA Licence.
- Proven experience as a corporate security officer or relevant position is beneficial.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures.
- Access to an online platform offering mental health and wellbeing support.
- An Employee Assistance Programme for everyday issues or larger problems.
- 24hr virtual GP Service.

- Bike to Work Scheme.
- 4 on, 4 off rotation.
- Days and nights, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.
- 42 hours per week average.
- 7 months fixed term contract.
- £12.50 per hour + Sodexo benefits.
- Parking available.
- Full site specific training and uniform provided.
