We're seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee our catering and service operations for a major High Street brand. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional food experiences.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality food to the highest standards
  • Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service
  • Overseeing the efficiency of in-unit catering operations, including inventory management and budget monitoring
  • Communicating with line managers to track KPIs and targets
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Identifying opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales
  • Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
  • Supporting and training teams to excel in their roles
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards


Our ideal candidate will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a minimum of two years of catering experience and experience managing teams. They'll also hold relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
