Site Manager

At United Living Group, we are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects in the gas industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of delivering multidiscipline projects, ideally with pipeline and/or Compressor Station/AGI experience. A full UK driving license and good work ethics are also required.

h3>Responsibilitiesh3>

Safety Management
Ensuring site standards are maintained, assisting risk assessment, accident investigation, site instructions, and inspections.

Production Management
Working to programme and mitigating lost time where possible, ensuring standards of workmanship are maintained, and completion of quality records.

Cost Control
Manpower, materials, plant and vehicles, damages, and thefts, including dealing with improvement notices where applicable, and adopting client best practices.

Liaison and Communication
Working together with the Health & Safety Manager to improve standards, dealing with actions from technical audits, and ensuring coordination of activities are agreed with the site operations.

Leadership and Management
Recruitment, discipline, manpower planning, employee development, communication, and management, highlighting training requirements, and ensuring coordination of activities are agreed with the site operations.

Administration
Documentation, quality records, as-built information, time sheets, work records, allocation sheets, and meeting with Planners, Contracts Manager, Senior Agents, Project Manager.

h3>Qualificationsh3>

Extensive experience of delivering multidiscipline projects in the gas industry, ideally pipeline and/or Compressor Station/AGI experience, EUSR SHEA Gas competency, Supervisory Management Training, CSCS Managers Card, IOSH/SMSTS, willing to travel on a weekly basis, full UK driving license, good work ethics, able to lead a team, and first aider.
