Fashion Production Specialist Job Description

About the Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Fashion Production Specialist to join our team at ANCC Studio Ltd in London. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and experience in managing high-stakes projects from concept through post-production.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Production Management: Oversee and attend both studio and location shoots across the UK and internationally, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outputs.
  2. Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams, establishing trust and delivering on client expectations.
  3. Budgeting & Estimation: Develop and manage production estimates, handling cost evaluations accurately and strategically to meet project goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in production, with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fashion industry and a well-established contact list for crew and suppliers.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience. Includes additional compensation for international travel if applicable.
