For discerning individuals seeking exceptional interior design experiences, a Tom Howley Kitchen represents the epitome of elegance and refinement, where they can entertain friends, welcome family, and feel completely at home.

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Interior Design Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for representing the Tom Howley brand, supporting the Showroom Manager, and ensuring our discerning clients receive the highest level of customer service.

At Tom Howley, we never ask clients what they want in their kitchens. Instead, we ask them what they use their kitchens for. As a Luxury Interior Design Consultant, you will demonstrate each kitchen product, ask the right questions, and ensure that clients have all the answers they need before speaking to a designer.

To succeed in this role, you must be articulate, experienced in luxury retail or showroom environments, and take pride in your appearance. The successful candidate must be available to work at least 4 hours per week, every Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing a good showroom product demonstration, and qualifying their enquiries before passing on their details to a designer;

• Maintain a clean and tidy showroom, ensuring all displays are in excellent condition, samples are present, and in good order;

• Perform general administration tasks, including updating showroom footfall and recording client information.

Personal Qualities:

• Articulate, diligent, and flexible individual with a strong track record in retail or showroom environments;

• Experience of working in a showroom environment, ideally within a similar industry;

• Ability to deal with discerning clients and provide exceptional customer service;

• Target-driven retail experience;

• Strong organisational skills;

• Impeccable personal appearance;

• Personable, friendly, and confident with a can-do attitude;

• IT literate, with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
