About the Position

We are recruiting a skilled Maintenance Technologist for a leading manufacturing company in Lisburn. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment, ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate efficiently to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Work closely with the production team to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Participate in shift rotations to provide continuous maintenance support
What You'll Do

In this role, you will perform critical maintenance tasks to ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues will be invaluable in minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Maintenance Engineer with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (PLC knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in a shift-based role and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and maintenance best practices
