Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a Project Manager - Access Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security/access control department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security/access control department
  • Build and issue works programs, schedules, and site logistics
  • Attend client meetings, report, and delegate actions to team members
  • Report any issues that may cause delays, costs, or other implications to senior management
  • Manage supervisors, engineers, and support staff
  • Generate reports for clients
  • Ensure weekly site progress and health and safety checks are carried out
  • Arrange delivery of plant and materials
  • Ensure work is completed to company standards, on time, and on budget
  • Ensure accurate invoicing
  • Collate and produce O&M files
  • Plan, schedule, and review workloads
  • Monitor staff performance
Requirements
  • Experience in Access Control and Social Housing
  • SMSTS qualification or working towards
  • IOSH Managing H&S qualification or working towards
  • Financial awareness
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and resolve issues
  • Full UK driving license or equivalent
