Temporary Construction Support Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a Temporary Construction Administrator to join our team on a 4-month, fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our sites across the Midlands region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with senior site teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Liaising with subcontractors to maintain document compliance
  • Inputting documents into our system
  • Providing updates to site teams on progress and any issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel

We offer a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (pro rata), a company car or enhanced mileage option, and a flexible benefits package. There is also the possibility of a permanent appointment at the end of the contract.
