We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in Tewkesbury. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency
* Managing inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity and quality standards

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move boxes and other materials as needed
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

**Working Hours:**

* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
* Occasional weekend work may be required

**Pay Rate:**

* £12.14 per hour
