Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Learning Support Classroom Assistant. The ideal candidate will work with students, small groups, and under the guidance of the SENCo, utilising their skills and experience to support the educational needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with students, teachers, and support staff to ensure students receive the best possible education.
  • Assist students in the classroom, providing additional support and resources as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Patient and flexible approach to supporting students with varying needs.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
