Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Shift: 12hr Nights

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Description / Comment:

  • Traveler only
  • Free parking for easy access to hospital
  • Will accept MS experience nurses for this position, must have recent experience in acute setting and inpatient neuro rehabilitation experience
  • 7p7a
  • BLS required
  • Must work every other weekend
  • Prefer 2 years of recent experience and Epic experience
  • Will consider candidates that have 1 year experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions and progress
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide patient education on rehabilitation exercises and self-care
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Document patient care and progress accurately
  • Support patients emotionally and motivate them to achieve their rehabilitation goals
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
