Job Opportunity: Casual Recreation Assistant

We are seeking a Casual Recreation Assistant to join our team at Alive West Norfolk. As a Casual Recreation Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our pool users, assisting with the day-to-day running of the centre, and ensuring the highest level of service at all Alive Pools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to pool users
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the centre, including lifeguarding and supervising the swimming pool
  • Contribute to the effective operation of the centre, including reception and cleaning duties
  • Hold a lifeguard qualification and have an awareness of Health and Safety Regulations

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and a confident manner in dealing with the public
  • Lifeguard qualification and awareness of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Ability to work a shift rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
