Main Responsibilities:- Candidate Attraction and Sourcing: Support the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Hiring Manager Liaison: Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and place advertisements for all recruitment requirements.
- Advertisement Monitoring: Monitor advertisement responses and make decisions on any required actions to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
- Recruitment Agency Engagement: Engage with recruitment agencies, arrange interviews, and provide feedback on candidates to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule and support telephone and face-to-face interviews, as required, to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Communication: Liaise with candidates on queries, offers of employment, and provide feedback from interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in first-day inductions for the Head Office Facilities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Recruitment Events: Support and attend recruitment-related events, as required, to promote the company's brand and attract top talent.
- Strong Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in an internal recruitment role, with a working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and right-to-work checks.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure.
- Organisation and Time Management: Great organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Teamwork and Independence: The ability to comfortably work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve recruitment goals.
- Microsoft Office Applications: A good understanding of the workings of Microsoft Office Applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
