Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Power Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing power electronics and electrical systems for EV charging, microgrids, and mobile energy storage. The role will involve electrical design, troubleshooting and repair, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement power electronics and electrical systems for EV charging, microgrids, and mobile energy storage
- Develop and maintain electrical designs, ensuring power distribution and optimal performance of power systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and testing
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical designs and system specifications
Requirements
- Electrical Design, Electricity, and Electrical Engineering skills
- Experience of managing ISO and document process
- Experience in power distribution and power systems
- Experience of EV chargers, OCPP and firmware
- Experience of Battery BMS, integrations of battery systems
- Experience of On site renewables and microgrids
- Understanding of firmware and programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of sustainable energy technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
