We seek an experienced Financial Inclusion Specialist to join our mission on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

Your Role

As a Financial Inclusion Specialist, you will focus on effective rent collection and arrears management. Collaborating with the Supported Services Team, you will proactively engage with tenants, ensuring their tenancies remain sustainable.

You will concentrate on two key areas: Income Recovery, where you will collect owed amounts and identify potential losses, adopting an early intervention approach; and Arrears Prevention, providing support to tenants and advising them on actions to avoid falling into arrears.

Your Qualifications and Experience
