Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for making business development calls, headhunting candidates, building relationships, and working the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients
- Headhunting candidates to place onto clients' projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Writing job adverts and creating social media content to attract top talent
- Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls to delivering offers
