We are seeking a talented Healthcare Professional to join our team at MCG Healthcare. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to a patient list of 10,000, with a focus on continuity and patient satisfaction. The role involves working closely with our team of GPs (including partners) to deliver high-quality care and support our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving a patient list of 10,000 and providing high-quality care with a focus on continuity and patient satisfaction.
- Participating in a rolling rota for pre-booked Saturday clinics (approximately 1 in 5/6). Clinics may be conducted remotely or on-site.
- Providing training and development opportunities for FY2, GPVTS, nurses, and medical students.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
