Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hampshire, providing timely discharges and community options for residents.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our Short Term Bedded Services, ensuring admission avoidance and supporting older adults with their recovery. As a qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration, you will offer first-class support to help individuals get back on their feet and ready to go home.

Your Responsibilities:

• Initial assessments and delivery of appropriate interventions
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve timely discharges
• Providing person-centred care and support to older adults

Requirements:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
